Birchbark Health LTD. is an Indigenous-led and focused not-for-profit organization aimed at developing and implementing Project EagleEye, a community driven primary care model.
Our Mission
Create lasting improvements in access to high-quality primary care for Indigenous patients by building local healthcare capacity through training programs that allow existing community members to meet the basic healthcare needs of their community.
Our Vision
Our future is one where all Indigenous Peoples enjoy access to timely, high-quality, and culturally appropriate healthcare, regardless of who they are or where they live.
